Shipping

The table below show our shipping charges. This section shows you the cost for shipping any order through the Julex Enterprises Pet Store. All orders ship with Tracking Numbers so you can always track your orders.

  1. 0.00 to 24.99 - 6% of sub total + $7.50
  2. 25.00 to 74.99 - 5% of sub total + $6.50
  3. Over 75.00 - 5% of sub total + $5.50
  4. Free shipping on orders over $100.00

Returns

We accept all returns within 30 days of initial order placement. If there is a Manufacturers defect with ANY item, we will not ship it until we have a new item without any defects. This has only happened on one occasion, so rest assured that you will never receive damaged goods. If an item is going to be returned, you must return the item to the address on the shipping label along with an additional check to cover the cost of re-shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee for items over $50.  We will refund all shipping and restocking costs if this was due to our error.


  • A shipping surcharge of $5.00 will be applied to all Canadian shipping destinations.
